Business Procedures Coordinator

The Business Procedures Coordinator is responsible for proficiency in all areas of office operations. This position manages company-wide consulting and is in control of specific job responsibilities, including consulting with others throughout the firm.Duties and responsibilitiesManage company-wide consulting by researching compliance regulations and submitting company materials, working through legalities for company projects, and ensuring that all projects comply by the rules enforced by MassMutual; seek approval from MassMutual for company projects.Assist the Senior Business Procedures Consultant with developing systems and processes to streamline operations.Manage daily workflow and operations; implement and enforce office procedures.Promote a positive and professional work environment.QualificationsThorough understanding of company compliance regulations.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years of related work experience with 1-3 years in financial services industry.Demonstrate the use of sound business judgement.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to learn and follow MassMutual policies and procedures.CRN202903-10881305
