This role is ideal for someone who stays ahead of the curve, cuts through complexity, and consistently turns strategy into measurable results, fast.In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in elevating brand visibility, driving demand, and strengthening Berkshire Grey's position as a leader in robotic automation.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution & Campaign ManagementExecute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channelsPlan and run events including trade shows, webinars, and conferencesManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-channel coordinationEnsure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with business prioritiesDigital Marketing & CRM Management Manage social media channels and content publishing schedulesLaunch and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)Build and execute email campaigns and nurture flowsMaintain CRM system, including workflows, integrations, and lead managementContent, Copywriting & Public Relations Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, ads, and social mediaProduce and coordinate content such as blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapersDraft and distribute press releases and manage media outreachCoordinate interviews, speaking opportunities, and monitor media coverageWebsite, Lead Generation & Sales Support Manage website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimizationSupport lead generation programs and pipeline growth initiativesManage and maintain sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)Work cross-functionally with Sales to support deal execution and follow-upPerformance, Operations & Collaboration Track campaign performance and generate reports and dashboardsManage marketing tools and ensure proper tracking and integrationsCollaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partnersEnsure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materialsQualifications & Experience 5+ years of marketing experience with hands-on execution across campaigns, digital, and eventsExperience managing multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, social, and webinarsProficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platformsStrong copywriting and content development skills across multiple formats and channelsExperience supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement initiativesFamiliarity with website management, landing pages, and conversion optimizationAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and a data-driven, detail-oriented mindsetExperience in robotics, automation, or related technical industries is a plusTravel: multi-day industry events several times per year (approximately 2-3 times)Hybrid: 3-day in-office minimum
