Benefits and Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefit programs, vendor relationships, and annual open enrollment processes
Administer the organization's compensation structure and conduct market research for competitive pay practices
Oversee HRIS management, ensuring data integrity, system updates, and compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including benefits and compensation administration
Experience with ADP Workforcenow
Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefit regulations
Professional certification such as SHRM-SPHR/PHR, Certified Benefit Professional, and/or Compensation professional preferred
