A company is looking for a Clearance Specialist - Intake Coordinator to support its Specialty Infusion Pharmacy remotely. Key Responsibilities Perform benefit verification of patient insurance plans and document coverage details Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification and payer contracts Initiate and secure prior authorizations while communicating with patients and referral sources Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in home infusion specialty pharmacy Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of CPR+ preferred
