Java Mid-Level Developer DMV TRS - RD

Maintain and support enterprise Java/JEE applications for the DMV Traffic Records System (TRS).Translate business owner and stakeholder requests into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and system requirements.Design, code, test, and debug Java-based applications using JSP, Servlets, Spring, Struts, XML, Web Services, and Oracle databases.Coordinate software release schedules, conduct system testing, and provide user training/documentation.Provide 2nd-level 24x7 technical helpdesk and on-call operational support for application issues.Participate in application analysis, solution design, estimation, and implementation activities.
