Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role focuses on final trailer assembly and supporting finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Perform final trailer assembly, including: Wiring and lighting Installing axles, tires, and bolt-on components Applying decals and stickers Cut wood floor boards to length and fasten to trailer frames Load and unload parts from the powder coat line Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work as part of the assembly team to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Good attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to stand for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Schedule Full-time 1st shift Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Location: In person Please reach out with any questions or submit your resume to apply.
