Java Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Mclean, VAContract - W2 or Permanent/FulltimeJob Description Mandatory Skills:Minimum 7+ years of experience in designing and developing applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and UI frameworks.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in building microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.Strong expertise in ORM frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate.Solid understanding and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the UI frameworks – Angular or ReactJS.At least 1 year of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda).Proficient in working with RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.Strong experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, Git/Bitbucket.Good understanding of technical concepts such as security, transactions, monitoring, and performance optimization.Nice to Have:Experience with OAuth implementation using Ping Identity.Familiarity with API management tools like Apigee and service mesh technologies such as Istio.Exposure to ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).Experience with queue-based systems.Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.Scripting experience in Unix or Python.Soft Skills:Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.Capable of working independently and contributing effectively to project success.Active participation in project discussions to understand application design and deployment processes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.AWS certification is preferred.
