You’ll play a key role in supporting planning, procurement, and operations teams by delivering reliable analytics, improving data quality, and enabling better forecasting and inventory management. Your work will directly contribute to building a more efficient, sustainable, and data-driven global supply chain.Responsibilities include:Own and report on core supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, and capacity utilizationBuild and maintain data models integrating ERP, logistics, planning, and quality dataDevelop dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI and ExcelSupport S&OP processes with scenario modeling, analytics, and executive-ready insightsAnalyze inventory health, safety stock levels, and lead-time variability to recommend improvementsEnsure data quality through governance, validation checks, and master data coordinationAutomate reporting processes and reduce manual effort through scripting and toolsConduct root cause analysis on supply chain issues such as shortages and backordersPartner cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teamsContinuously improve analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting processesRequirements and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or operationsStrong Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query)Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Pivot, complex formulas, or scenario modeling)Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar)Ability to translate business needs into data insights and visualizationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a global leader in natural health and wellness, committed to delivering high-quality herbal and nutritional products.
