In this role, you'll contribute to the development of advanced Voice AI models by providing linguistic expertise, creating and refining annotation conventions, and supporting high-quality data collection efforts.Key Responsibilities Develop and apply annotation guidelines tailored to your language of expertiseLabel and annotate speech, text, and phonetic data with accuracy and consistencyProvide linguistic insights into pronunciation, prosody, and grammar usageSupport data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and culturally relevant datasetsCollaborate with the product and research teams to refine voice modelsPerform quality checks on annotated data to ensure consistency and correctnessQualifications Native Kannada speakerEnglish language proficiencyStrong background in linguistics, phonetics, computational linguistics, or related fieldExperience with data annotation, transcription, or linguistic QAFamiliarity with annotation tools and workflows is a plusAttention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelinesComfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environmentNice to Have Prior experience contributing to speech/voice technology projectsUnderstanding of NLP, ASR, or TTS systemsMultilingual proficiencyWhat We Offer Remote, flexible workOpportunity to directly influence the future of Voice AIWork with a diverse, mission-driven team passionate about language and technologyNote : this is a part time contract position with the possibility to grow into a full-time role.
