Children's STEM Instructor

https://athenacoding.com/ Athena Coding is a premier after-school education company looking for instructors to teach our classes in Coding and Game Design with Scratch, Python, and Javascript, Junior Alchemists: Chemistry, Minecraft Coding and Design Studio. Our classes are 1-2 hours a day, running for six to seven weeks. As an instructor, you'll guide students ages 6-12 in hands-on activities in coding. All materials and lesson plans for your classes are provided to support your teaching. Responsibilities: Manage a classroom of 10-20 children while making sure they're safe, secure, and having a ton of fun. Lead interactive classes using provided lesson plans and activities. Teach your subject in a fun exploratory way; no need to be an expert. We're looking for someone with: An upbeat, empathetic, and enthusiastic character. A passion for working with children.
