Machine OperatorThe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce high-quality materials according to specifications. This role involves pulling, filling, and cutting orders, as well as receiving and putting away stock. The Machine Operator reads and interprets blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling requirements. This includes selecting the appropriate fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, and tools.
