Recruitment Specialist (Bridgewater)
Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships within the healthcare sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving account growth. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and healthcare clients such as hospitals, clinics, and provider networks.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clientsServe as the main liaison for client communication and issue resolutionManage account portfolios to ensure client satisfaction and retentionManage healthcare team(team leads/recruiters) for client job assignments, submissions, offer closures, candidate onboarding.Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding servicesCoordinate with internal teams (operations, billing, onboarding)Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service-level agreementsEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, client guidelines and standards.Analyze client data and prepare performance reportsSupport onboarding of new clients and implementation of servicesQualifications:2+ years of account management or healthcare industry experienceStrong understanding of healthcare systems, state licensing or provider operationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritiesProficiency with candidate data sourcing systems and Microsoft Office
