Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt Position
In-person/On-site: 100% San Rafael, CA 94901
Timing: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Wage: $29 - $31/Hour
Job Title: Client Services Coordinator:
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the provision of client services under the direction of the Client Services Managers and Director. They will help drive agency growth and support care excellence by delivering exceptional customer service to our staff, clients, caregivers and referral partners.
Communicates and maintains positive relationships with clients, families and referral partners
Triage potential client calls to determine our ability to serve them; schedule home assessments
Create and staff caregiving schedules for clients
Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties
Perform first shift introductions of caregivers to clients
Fill-in for caregivers as required
Rotating call support evenings and weekends for urgent after-hours client and caregiver needs
Participate in the evaluation of caregiving staff
Coordinate and manage staff recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate timely and compliant capture of caregiver and client documentation
Maintain and order office supplies
Minimum Requirements
Thorough knowledge of caregiver responsibilities; Home Care Aide experience preferred; CNA/HHA experience highly preferred
High school diploma; some college preferred; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Experience using MS Office; experience using documentation/scheduling systems preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
Must be able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
Must be able to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities and take action with little oversight
Must have available reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Must exhibit mature, responsible behavior and be caring, punctual and reliable.
Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
