Surgical Tech Location: Evansville, IN Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,814 to $2,014 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/25/2026 About the Position AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Surg Tech in Evansville, Indiana, 47714!Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).Graduate of an accredited CST program.BLS Certification.Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.Demonstrated ability to scrub for open heart procedures, thoracic endovascular aortic repairs (TEVAR/TVAR), mitral valve surgeries, and vascular cases. (Client-specific requirement.)Experience setting up operating rooms efficiently and timely for a variety of cases, including second-scrub assistance for robotic and orthopedic procedures. (Client-specific requirement.)Ability to take call with a 30-minute response time. (Client-specific requirement.)Preferred: Experience in a Main OR environment and familiarity with cardiac and vascular instrumentation. (Preferred.)
