Executive Personal Assistant
Brodson Construction, Inc. is a boutique construction company with over 30 years of experience in general contracting and construction management in the high-end commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail arenas.ResponsibilitiesAs executive personal assistant (EPA), you will support the executive with all administrative support related to both personal and professional matters. This position is key to ensuring the success of the executive by providing the highest level of organization and achievement to the executive office and household. This role has many responsibilities including but not limited to:Manage and organize executive's personal and business schedule and ensure he is confirmed for meetings, appointments, and social engagements.Attend such meetings, appointments, and engagements as needed.Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail, responding and redirecting as appropriate.Visit construction projects and assist with coordination where needed.Manage and maintain homes and coordinate resources between both locations.Oversee maintenance of assetsCoordinate all travel, events, and logistics.Work in conjunction with Brodson executives as needed.Manage finances by ensuring that receipts are filed, expenses are input into Quickbooks, and bills are paid.
