You’ll be responsible for resource allocation, execution of the production plan, and leadership of your team while coordinating closely with maintenance, quality, and support functions.In This Role, You WillLead shift operations and make real-time decisions to support production performanceAllocate resources effectively and escalate needs when additional support is requiredIdentify and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, cost, and moraleMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, including proper PPE and cleanroom standardsMonitor environmental systems and ensure compliance with operational standardsDrive execution of the production plan and adjust priorities as neededOversee product quality and ensure timely resolution of quality issuesLead and develop production teams, including coaching, training, and performance managementEnsure training programs are implemented and documentation is maintainedPromote accountability and adherence to company policies and proceduresSupport Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, standard work, and daily auditsCollaborate with supply chain and leadership to adjust schedules based on operational challengesAct as the primary point of contact for quality and operational issues during off-hoursServe as Incident Commander during emergencies on assigned shiftRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a strong leader with proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment and the ability to drive results through effective communication, decision-making, and accountability.Minimum QualificationsProven experience leading and supervising teams in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisionsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)Ability to lead, coach, and develop employeesPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of four (4) years of experience as a manager or supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environmentExperience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environmentsExperience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvementYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, exempt position working 36–48 hours per week on a rotating schedule, including 12-hour shifts based on production needs.What Makes ENTEK DifferentENTEK is more than a manufacturing company—we’re a team driven by values.
