Plan Analytics Analyst
**Role Overview:** The Plan Analytics Analyst advances data-driven decision-making across the organization by partnering with leadership and serving as a trusted source for data, reporting, and insights. Through comprehensive analysis, this role delivers clear, actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategy and build strong partnerships, while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and effective solutions.**Work Arrangements:**+ Remote - This position is fully remote and may be performed from any location within the United States; however, the associate is required to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.**Responsibilities:**+ Define business problems, assess relevant variables and forces that impact the issue, recognize relevant patterns in data, and provide solutions and information to solve business problems and needs.+ Work with management, operations units, stakeholders, and the reporting staff to prepare clear, sound, accurate, and informative reports containing findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.+ Facilitate and deliver state- and regulatory-recurring and ad hoc reporting to the state.+ Generates data analytics to identify recovery opportunities for fraud, waste, and abuse.+ Capability to adopt data mining across multiple data platforms (Facets, Jiva/eLTSS, STC, CareAnalyzer, supplemental files).+ Conduct and document QA testing for analytic and reporting solutions.+ Cross-pollinate across multiple corporate areas to understand workflows, document processes, and ensure the highest quality product delivery.+ Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.+ Learn rapidly and enthusiastically, focusing on understanding the application/product/area in detail.+ Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the business, analytics, and development teams to create visualizations and reports for requested projects.+ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.**Education & Experience:**+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience+ 1 to 3 years of healthcare experience+ 2 or more years of analytics experience.+ Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAS and SQL with the ability to learn other analytic tools.+ Python coding experience required.+ Experience with Databricks and PySpark required.**Skills & Abilities:**+ Strong organizational skills, close attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills+ Strong technical writing skills (business requirements, queries, reports, presentations).+ Advanced analytical and quantitative skills+ Experience in collecting, organizing, mining, analyzing, visualizing, and communicating large volumes of information with high accuracy+ Experience conducting and documenting QA testing using structured problem-solving techniques+ Strong time management and prioritization skills, and ability to meet deadlines+ Multitask and deliver high-quality work reflecting a full understanding of expectations.As a company, we support internal diversity through:Recruiting.
