This full-time role provides a consistent, flexible four-day schedule and the opportunity to deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, mission-driven practice.Who We?re Looking ForYou?re a confident, compassionate provider who thrives in a high-volumecollaborative outpatient setting. You?re committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and value continuity, health education, and community health improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical exams and health assessmentsDiagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditionsOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studiesPrescribe medications and implement treatment plansEducate patients on disease prevention, treatment adherence, and lifestyle modificationConduct minor in-office procedures (e.g., wound care, injections, suturing, immunizations)Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHRCoordinate referrals and support continuity of careCollaborate with physicians, RNs, and allied staffParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and care planningQualificationsActive and unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PAGraduate of an accredited NP or PA programMaster?s degree in Health Sciences or related fieldFor NPs: Approval by the Joint Board of Medical Examiners and Board of Nursing and active Arizona RN licenseMinimum 2 years of experience in outpatient family medicine or primary careEHR experience preferredHow to ApplyIf you?re a motivated advanced practice provider seeking a flexible, mission-focused opportunity in Florence and Coolidge, we invite you to apply.
