Licensed Master Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance, with the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. This role involves overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling projects across various commercial and residential sites. The Licensed Master Plumber will ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while delivering exceptional service to clients. Duties Lead and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks efficiently. Perform construction estimating for project planning and resource allocation. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members to facilitate smooth project workflows. Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. Manage heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently during installation or repair processes. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Provide field service support for troubleshooting plumbing issues on-site. Skills Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and estimations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction-related machinery. Experience with construction estimating, site management, remodeling projects, and maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and ability to enforce them effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of carpentry, handyman skills, assembly work, and general construction practices. Valid license as a Master Plumber with relevant certifications required for the role. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
