Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive form of brain stimulation that uses an MRI-type coil to send magnetic pulses to improve neuronal connectivity and brain function. We seek a highly motivated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to become part of our dynamic team. Pay is commensurate with experience and your potential for growth and development within this position. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time PositionPMHNP ResponsibilitiesClinical CareConduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.Provide ongoing medication management for assigned caseload as needed.Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.Monitor medication response, side effects, contraindications, and risk factors.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.Prescriptions for TMS Therapy & other treatmentsPerform TMS cortical mappingsOversee staff technicians who perform daily TMS treatmentsCollaborationCoordinate care with internal therapists, psychologists, and outside referents.Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed.Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.Patient Experience & Clinical ContributionProvide empathetic, professional care to clients of varying backgrounds.Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability.Contribute to a supportive, growth-focused clinical environment.Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $80-95 per hour401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4%Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake supportFlexible scheduling and telehealth options
