You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to build high‑impact user experiences in React while designing and evolving Node.js services that support real‑time workflows, data exchange, and AI‑assisted functionality. This role carries significant influence over both technical direction and product outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end product features across React frontends and Node.js backend servicesPartner closely with Product and Design to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, user‑centric solutionsDesign and build APIs and backend services that support complex workflows, data integrity, and AI‑enabled featuresDrive architectural decisions balancing usability, performance, reliability, security, and regulatory constraintsBuild intuitive, high‑quality interfaces that surface complex system behaviour in a clear and explainable wayEnsure applications are observable, debuggable, and resilient in production environmentsInfluence engineering standards and best practices across frontend and backend codebasesLead cross‑team initiatives where success is measured by product outcomes and customer impactMentor engineers and act as a senior technical voice in design and architecture discussionsMust‑Have Qualifications7+ years of experience building and operating production software, with strong full‑stack ownershipDeep experience with React (or similar modern frontend frameworks) and Node.js (TypeScript preferred)Proven ability to build and evolve user‑facing products, not just internal servicesStrong experience designing and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, or similar)Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on reliability and observabilityComfortable operating in complex, regulated domains where correctness and user trust are critical
