This role involves inspecting products and packaging, relabeling materials, repacking inventory, and assisting with quality-focused production activities. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or warehouse operations.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesMEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTION | RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform visual inspections of parts, labels, and packagingConduct basic functional testing of productsRelabel and repackage materials into cartonsAssist with manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging processesFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelinesConduct quality checks on production linesOperate and assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshootingMaintain a clean and organized work environmentSupport team production goals and rotate between tasks as neededMEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER / QUALITY INSPECTION | REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experienceStrong attention to detailAbility to read and understand written instructions in EnglishBasic math and communication skillsComfortable using measurement tools and inspection equipmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable attendance and punctuality requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to perform repetitive manual tasks in a production environmentTake the Next Step!Join a company that values your growth and contributions.
