From warmly welcoming guests to anticipating needs before they arise, you will deliver polished, detail-oriented service that mirrors a high-end hospitality environment. You will play a central role in maintaining a refined, organized, and client-centric workplace where every touchpoint is thoughtfully managed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and employees, delivering a personalized, concierge-style experienceServe as the primary point of contact for workplace services, anticipating needs and resolving requests with urgency and carePrepare and maintain conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and workstations to impeccable standards, ensuring readiness and comfort at all timesOffer white-glove support for meetings and events, including room setup, technology checks, and real-time troubleshootingManage and respond to service requests through platforms such as ServiceNow, ensuring a seamless and timely guest experiencePartner with internal teams to coordinate events, meetings, and special experiences , ensuring flawless executionConduct regular walkthroughs to uphold a polished, hospitality-grade environment across all shared spacesHandle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalismCore Qualifications & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or front-of-house roles (luxury hotel, corporate hospitality, or similar environment preferred)A naturally service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiencesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of guestsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, service-driven environmentProfessional presence with a high attention to detail and presentation standardsComfort working with workplace technology including ServiceNow, MS Teams, and conference room/AV systemsUnderstanding of health, safety, and workplace standardsAbility to be onsite full-time in a New York City officeNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience in luxury hospitality, hotel concierge services, or high-end client-facing rolesBackground supporting corporate events or VIP guest experiencesFamiliarity with workplace experience platforms or smart office environmentsExposure to global service standards or hospitality-driven service modelsCore SkillsGuest experience & concierge-level serviceWorkplace and facilities coordinationEvent support and executionAV and meeting room technologyService platforms (ServiceNow, MS Teams)Professional communication & presentation
