Registered Dietitian
Our Community Care Weight Management & Metabolic Care office is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team!Summary:Provide evidence-based nutritional counseling to patients as part of the Community Care Weight Management & Metabolic Care clinic. This role works collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Behavioral Health providers to deliver a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to weight loss and metabolic health.Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:Plan, prioritize, and organize information for patient care activitiesPerform nutrition assessments and individualized counseling for patientsProvide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with patient-specific weight management and metabolic goalsCollaborate closely with Weight Management APPs and Behavioral Health providers to support coordinated, patient-centered careSelect or develop patient education handouts appropriate for outpatient registered dietitian servicesProvide nutritional counseling, including assessment of nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary care plansAdvise patients and their families on nutritional principles, diet modifications, and food selection and preparationCounsel individuals and groups on the fundamentals of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring within a comprehensive weight management programThe candidate must be willing to facilitate group nutrition classes during the day.If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!Compensation: $65,500 to $85,000 annually.CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in a primary care environment or a related area.Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and state licensure.
