Cash And Trade Proc Rep 2The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform cash and trade processing activities in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy. Responsibilities:Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standardsAssist with activities related to compliance and controlPerform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervisionAid in internal and external customer contactServe as a backup processor for team members during high volume periodsFulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:Previous relevant experience preferredPass basic induction and operations trainingEffective written and verbal communicationEducation:High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
