SMT Machine Operator

This position is eligible for a $500.00 hiring/retention bonus!$100 Monthly Perfect Attendance AwardOff EVERY FRIDAY!Hours: M-Th, 5:45am-4:30pmStarting Rate: $17.50 and up based on experienceSummary: Operator of electromechanical equipment relating to electronic circuit board assembly.Responsibilities/ Principal Duties:Operate electromechanical equipment used in the assembling of electronic circuit boards in a manufacturing environmentSetup and verify multiple jobs using computer generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawingsCommunicate technical data, error data and any malfunctions of the machine to Quality and machine supportPerform light maintenance and cleanup on production equipmentReport any part shortages before and during production runsMonitor the assembly process and notify machine support to make any corrective action to ensure target defect goalsMust demonstrate lead operator abilitiesPerform other duties as assignedInterpersonal Skills:Takes responsibility for the quality of one’s individual workDemonstrates accuracy and neatness in their workCooperative and dependable, highly motivated and trustworthyRespects and works effectively with fellow team membersWill notify team leader if team is not following quality processesWill present new ideas and improvements to Team LeaderQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
