Primarily responsible for care navigation throughout the continuum of care. Key responsibilities include patient education, triage and care coordination.This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; Days. Clinic hours are 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.A minimum of 2 years RN work experience is required.Required Certification: Maintains competency in Chemotherapy and Biotherapy administration as demonstrated by completing and maintaining The ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification.
