Since 1901 our goal at FCB Banks has always been to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.JOB SUMMARY:Processes new and renewed commercial installment loans and commercial real estate loans.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Produces accurate loan and funding documents through an automated documentation system.Review documents for quality and regulatory requirements.Reviews files to certify that all loan policy and procedures are being met.Reviews title work for any requirements or issues that need to be addressed.Reviews homeowners and flood insurance for acceptability.Reports and reviews accuracy of HMDA and CRA dataPerforms quality control reviews on co-workers closing files.Performs departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow.Performs other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED:Communication skills: oral, written and listeningOrganized and possess the ability to manage time and meet deadlinesMethodical, accurate and detail-orientedTeamwork - contributes to building a positive team spiritWorking understanding of the banking industry, regulations, policies and best practicesWorking knowledge of bank products and services, commercial loan documentation and regulatory requirementsQuick learner, adaptable and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasksAbility to work under pressure QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma, GED or equivalentAssociate or bachelor's Degree in relevant field (preferred)1 - 3 years banking experience (preferred)1 - 3 years loan processing experience (preferred) WORKING CONDITIONS:Constantly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators and fax machines.Availability to work during core banking hours (i.e. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Additional hours may be required, including evenings and weekends.Occasionally requires local travel including offsite training, meetings.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
