From there you may have the ability to stay on as a long term permanent employee that will work in our Supply facility in Centerville, Utah during the time of year that the outside grow is inoperable (Winter Season).Responsibilities include:Meet cultivation goals and objectives while maintaining quality assurance standards and protocolsBasic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasksDeleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaningLoading and unloading materials, supplies, and wasteLearning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety RulesFollow and complete tasks in an efficient and consistent mannerFollow regulatory guidelinesCreate a positive work environmentArrive on time and have reliable forms of transportationAdhere to safe handling practices and manage inventory effectivelyClean and organize tools and equipmentAll other tasks assignedQualifications:Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalentAbility to pass a federal background check and obtain proper licensing with state agencies to be able to handle medical cannabisMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have a food handlers permitCannabis industry experience preferred but not necessaryExperience in horticulture, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred but not necessaryAbility to work and be adaptable under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, methodical, versatile, mechanically inclinedMust have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a daily basisAbility to remain compliant with all applicable laws as well as company SOPs and guidelinesAbility to communicate effectively via, email, phone calls, text, or any other methods frequently used within the companyReliable transportation to and from workAbility to work beyond regularly scheduled hours of work as needed to be sure production deadlines are metBasic computer skills (i.e. email, excel)Ability to stand or sit for 8-12 hoursBenefits:Paid time off (PTO)2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment3 weeks accrued annually after two years of continuous employment4 weeks accrued annually after five years of continuous employmentSeven (7) paid holidays per year30 minute paid lunches per working day over 5 hoursEmployer paid 60% of the total medical insurance premiumEmployer paid 75% of the total dental insurance premiumEmployer paid 75% of the total vision insurance premiumHSA with match up to $150 per month401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% and 50% match for the following 2%Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Employer paid $25,000 of basic life coverageOptional additional life insuranceOptional accident insurance Employees who are active medical cannabis patients are eligible for an employee discount of 35% off of WholesomeCo products and 15% off of 3rd party productsWholesomeCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
