Job Description About Synapse Therapy GroupSynapse Speech-Language Pathology Group, PLLC is an SLP-owned small business in Memphis, TN. Our goal is to hire therapists who want to make a difference in the lives of their students, and to support SLPs for success in the school therapy environment.We are seeking energetic and highly motivated Speech Language Pathologists to join our team of school-based SLPs for the 2026-2027 school year. A successful candidate will work directly with clients, using their knowledge and wide range of skills and techniques to assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, and voice issues.In-Person positions available only, no teletherapy at this time.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) consideredCurrent TN SLP License (or willing to obtain)Current TN Educator License (or willing to obtain)Have a valid U.S. driver's licensePass background check clearancePossess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsHave the ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shiftProvide own transportationExperience with pediatric populationsResponsibilities:Provide evaluations, develop and implement therapy goalsDiagnose speech and language pathologiesAct as a liaison and collaborate with other professionals/team members and families to provide well-rounded careEducate students and teachers in proper treatment techniques, including the use of assistive devicesProvide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to a database timelyDevelop or collaborate on the development of the IEP (Individual Education Plan)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractBenefits:401(k)Continuing education creditsFlexible scheduleLicense reimbursementPaid time offReferral programWork Location: In person, in Shelby County TNThe pay range for this role is:62 - 67 USD per hour(Memphis, TN)PI284668728
