The Liaison will act as the primary point of contact between KEA Wheels CORP and its clients, partners, or stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating communication, addressing inquiries, maintaining records, and facilitating interactions to ensure seamless collaboration. Additionally, the Liaison may assist in resolving issues, collecting feedback, and supporting organizational outreach efforts. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partnersOrganizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multi-tasking effectivelyProblem-solving skills and ability to address queries or resolve issues promptlyProficiency in basic computer tools and software for report creation, email correspondence, and data managementAbility to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholdersBilingual or multilingual skills are a plusPrior experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role is preferred
