Dynamics 365 F&O Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Program Manager for our client to lead a large-scale ERP transformation, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within a global enterprise environment.This role requires a proven ERP transformation leader who has successfully managed end-to-end D365 F&O implementations, including discovery, design, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. This is not a general IT Project Manager role — we are looking for someone with hands-on experience leading complex Dynamics ERP transformations.This role is on a contractual-basis, On-Demand 20-40 hours per week, *fully remote*, 6 months contract plus chance of extension, and will start asap.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall D365 F&O transformation roadmap, delivery strategy, governance, and execution.Manage the full implementation lifecycle including discovery, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, system integrators, and executive sponsors.Oversee AX 2009 data migration activities including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.Manage integrations between D365 F&O and enterprise platforms such as CRM, Workday, reporting/analytics systems, and Azure services.Drive vendor and SI partner performance, delivery accountability, risks, issues, and dependencies.Support organizational change management, training readiness, and business adoption.Provide executive reporting on program status, budget, risks, and overall healthRequired Qualifications12+ years of enterprise IT project/program management experience.7+ years leading ERP implementations and transformations.Proven experience managing multiple full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.Experience with Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or legacy ERP migrations to D365 F&O.Experience managing large ERP programs ($5M+ budgets preferred).Strong experience managing System Integrators and offshore delivery teams.Experience with ERP data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and change management.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with global D365 F&O rollouts across multiple countries/legal entities.Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Power BI, and integration architectures.PMP certification preferred.Experience in SOX-regulated or publicly traded environments.Ideal candidates will have successfully led enterprise Dynamics AX to D365 F&O transformations from strategy through go-live and stabilization.If this role aligns with you - or someone who you know is qualified - please attach your most updated CV/resume with a good phone number to reach you at.
