This role owns paid media strategy, investment governance, and execution standards across paid channels, driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable growth against Gross Adds and CAC guardrails.This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role for someone who combines strategic clarity, analytical rigour, and hands-on paid media capability, and who can drive outcomes through influence in a matrixed organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the paid media strategy across US and International, aligned to company growth priorities and segment needs (SMB single-seat and growing multi-seat segments).Translate growth priorities into channel plans, budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing guardrails.Define and enforce execution standards for account structure, optimisation approach, testing cadence, and measurement hygiene across channels.Operating model and cross-functional leadershipPartner with Centres of Excellence (Brand, Creative, SEO, Sites, Analytics and Operations, Product Marketing, CLM, Corporate Comms) to ensure paid plans integrate with priorities, creative systems, and measurement.Lead weekly and monthly business rhythms: performance reviews, learnings, test backlog prioritisation, scale or stop decisions, and trade-off resolution.Drive high-quality communication to senior stakeholders with clear narratives: what changed, why it changed, what we learned, what we will do next.Team leadership and capability buildingLead and develop channel owners (SEM, Paid Social and OLV, Display, TV and Offline) with clear accountability, coaching, and elevated execution standards.Ensure strong agency collaboration where agencies are in place, including disciplined knowledge capture, documentation, and transition readiness.Directly manage agencies dedicated to supporting the paid media acquisition effort.Hands-on leadership when requiredBe capable of stepping into accounts to troubleshoot pacing, diagnose performance issues, validate measurement integrity, and unblock execution when needed (especially during transitions, launches, or performance dips).Success measures (what "good" looks like)Paid media contribution to Gross Adds delivered within CAC guardrails (US and International).Improved forecast accuracy and budget pacing discipline.Faster test-to-scale cycle time and higher learning throughput.Clear, repeatable paid media operating system and execution standards across teams.Qualifications10+ years in paid media / performance marketing with direct accountability for acquisition outcomes.Multi-channel ownership across paid search, paid social, video, and familiarity with offline measurement concepts.Strong commercial judgement on pacing and scaling.Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence in a matrixed environment.Proven people leadership and coaching capability.PreferredExperience operating across multiple markets and localisation contexts.Experience managing blended in-house plus agency delivery models.Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription, ideally serving SMB audiences.Pay Transparency – All Full Time Employees$151,200 – $189,000 USDWhy You'll Love UsWe celebrate one another's differences.
