The team identifies emerging market opportunities and works closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to bring innovative solutions from concept to launch.They are seeking a Product Manager who thrives in early-stage product environments and enjoys building products from scratch. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, developing MVPs, and bringing new digital solutions to market, with exposure to technologies including AI and SaaS-based platforms.Key Responsibilities• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research, user discovery, and competitive analysis• Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for new digital platforms• Lead 0→1 product development, taking ideas from concept through MVP and early market validation• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop scalable technology solutions• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams• Conduct customer research and usability testing to refine product direction• Monitor product performance using data and product metrics to inform iteration and improvements• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to support product launches and go-to-market effortsQualifications• 8+ years of product management/innovation experience, building digital products or platforms• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to launch (0→1)• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver technology products• Experience conducting user research, experimentation, and product iteration• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions• Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive products (2+ years)• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or cloud-based technology solutions• Experience in startup environments, innovation teams, or venture studios• Background working on consumer or enterprise digital products• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat Makes This Role Unique• Opportunity to build new digital products from the ground up• Work in a startup-style venture environment within a large organization• Collaborate with experienced product leaders, engineers, and designers• Exposure to emerging technologies including AI and modern digital platforms
