Junior Java Developer Open for C2C Job Description The main function of an analyst/developer is to develop and design web applications and web sites. A typical analyst/developer is responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance. Job Responsibilities: Basic design, build or maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media. Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems. Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems. Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - Responsible for working with other developers. Responsible for providing programming for applications within the team which could include VLAZE, BMT and eDocs. Java languages. Education; Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 2-4 years with IT programming experience required. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Java, SQL, etc. (Desired) - BLAZE programming experience. Soft Skills - • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
