Backed by top investors and experienced founders, the team partners with leading technology companies to solve one of the hardest problems in tech: making hiring faster, fairer, and more effective at scale.The RoleWe’re looking for a Product-Minded Software Engineer to join a high-ownership, high-impact engineering team. You’ll own feature development end-to-end, shape product experience, and directly impact customer outcomes. Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to ship quickly, iterate on feedback, and build internal and external tooling used daily by recruiters and hiring teams.
