Role: Instructional DesignerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.Role OverviewWe are hiring an Instructional Designer to design and produce learning experiences that actually change behaviour. The role combines learning science with hands-on production — turning subject matter expertise into courses people learn from.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and blended programs- Conduct needs analysis and define measurable learning outcomes- Storyboard, write, and produce learning content using authoring tools- Partner with subject matter experts to capture and structure expertise- Run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate on learning effectiveness- Maintain LMS hygiene and learning analyticsRequired Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years in instructional design or learning experience design- Hands-on with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate)- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon)- Excellent written communication and visual design sensibility- Portfolio of designed learning experiences requiredWhat You'll Bring- Genuine passion for learner outcomes and continuous improvement of materials- Clear written communication and the ability to break down complex topics- Openness to feedback and a willingness to iterate based on learner data- Comfort working asynchronously across time zonesWhat We Offer- Fully remote, flexible work hours- Performance-based bonus structure- Annual learning & development stipend- Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)- Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projectsEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an equal opportunity role.
