We are a client-focused agency committed to maintaining a top reputation for delivering for our client.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign and production of digital and print marketing materialsThis covers a wide array of media from static banners, social posts, eblasts, custom website takeovers, animated HTML and rich media on the digital side, to OOH, magazine, logo design, deck designs, special mailers and projects inherent to the entertainment industry like billing block setups on the print sideMost work will originate via existing branding like Key Art but occasionally there is conceptual design workHeavy load of FYC campaign work – Emmys and OscarsLearn and follow client protocols for file management, font use and data securityHard SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design/Advertising/Fine Arts5+ years' of design experience in the entertainment marketing sphere (Gaming, TV, Film, Theater)Expert level using Adobe CS software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After EffectsAward advertising campaign knowledge (Oscar, Emmy, Tony, Grammy, etc.)Strong typography skillsSoft SkillsNeed to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet unpredictable deadlines – flexibility and adaptability are ESSENTIALStrong work ethic with competitive internal fire but team playerDedicated to quality and take pride and responsibility in your workProduce timely, accurate workTake initiative to solve and anticipate problems before things become an issueReliable, trustworthy personPositive, can-do attitude capable of taking constructive feedbackCompensationSalary will be dependent on your skill set but expect above $100K.Approximately 25K allocation to insurance products – medical, dental, vision, disability, life – you will be paid the difference between the allocation and your total premiums.Bonuses happen annually based on company and individual performance3% 401k Retirement Plan MatchPaid Time OffCandidatesInitial interview to be conducted via Google Video.
