Full Time - Direct HireFully On SiteSalary: $170k-$180kThis role partners closely with executive and operational leadership to drive workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes while leading and developing high-performing HR teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop HR team members; oversee hiring, performance management, and professional developmentServe as the primary HR partner for multiple operational entities, aligning people strategies with business goalsDrive initiatives in workforce planning, engagement, retention, leadership development, culture, and change managementAct as a change leader supporting transformation and performance-based culture initiativesProvide data-driven solutions to organizational and workforce challengesMaintain fiscal accountability for HR budgets and resourcesAdvise leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategyEnsure compliance with HR policies, regulatory standards, and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)10+ years of progressive HR business partnership experience5+ years of people leadership experienceExperience in a healthcare setting preferred but not requiredProven expertise in workforce planning, engagement and retention, leadership development, and change managementStrong leadership presence, business acumen, and communication skills
