Immediate Opening – Start March 12, 2026Charity Care Group is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 29-year-old male with a G-Tube attending a Suffolk Day Support Program.This position offers a stable weekday daytime schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact through individualized patient care.Schedule: Monday – FridayHours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMStatus: PRN (3–5 days per week)Meet & Greets are being held daily at 11:00 AM starting tomorrow.ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled nursing care during day program hoursPerform G-Tube care including feedings and medication administrationMonitor and document patient conditionCommunicate with day support staff and family regarding patient careEnsure care plan compliance and patient safetyQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in VirginiaCurrent CPR certificationG-Tube experience preferredExperience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plusApply NowSubmit your resume and availability to apply.
