This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers high standards./ppWhat will you work on?/pullistrongCustomer Service Operations/strong : Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy./lilistrongSales Demonstrations Customer Engagement/strong : Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order./lilistrongSales Conversion Lead Management/strong : Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets./lilistrongProduct Knowledge Technical Support/strong : Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.).
