We are seeking an experienced professional-fee Radiology Coder for a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume physician coding environment.This role is ideal for a CPC-certified coder with strong experience in diagnostic radiology, physician/professional coding, and CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier assignment.100% Remote Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pacific $30/hr W2 Target Start: September 21, 2026 Six-month contract with potential permanent conversion Equipment provided What We're Looking For: • Active CPC certification through AAPC• 3–5+ years of professional-fee coding experience• Strong general or diagnostic radiology coding experience• Experience coding physician and professional services• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifiers• Ability to maintain at least 95% coding accuracy• Comfort working in a high-volume production environment• Ability to work Pacific Time business hours• Reliable internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant remote workspaceAdditional experience with E/M coding, Interventional Radiology, ImagineSoftware or ImagineOne, Optum CAC, or MedLearn is highly preferred.Candidates should be comfortable participating in virtual training and meetings with cameras enabled.
