About the roleThe Talent Acquisition Director leads full-cycle recruiting for key senior level roles across the company. This individual will support internal hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and work closely with department leads to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. The TA Director will oversee a team of 5 senior level recruiters. This position leads recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group and affiliated companies.What you'll doManages small talent acquisition team ensuring the company is able to hire high-caliber talent across all business units in an efficient, timely, and compliant mannerResponsible for establishing department process and procedures, including implementation of an ATS and system updates organization wideManage job postings, sourcing, and screening for all open rolesOwns full-cycle recruiting for all open positionsTrack and report pipeline activity using an ATSWork closely with hiring managers to define candidate profilesSupport onboarding coordination with HRAssist with employer branding and candidate experience improvementQualifications7+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitingHands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)Strong organizational and communication skillsHands on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing toolsAbility to manage 10+ open roles simultaneouslyBenefits / PerksWe believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees for a job well done.
