Collections Analyst

We would prefer a candidate who has a collections background in the pharmaceutical/medical device areas. Specifically, experience in managing chargebacks and rebates. Top 3 must have skills – strong verbal and writing skills, ability to reconcile and resolve disputes/chargebacks, and ability to collect from people at all levels of an organization The collection specialist is responsible for collecting from a core group of customers via multiple communication tools. In addition, they will need to make order hold/release decisions and be comfortable speaking with various levels of an organization, including our sales team. Reconciliation skills and knowledge of chargebacks/disputes are also key skills. includes working in Oracle and a system collection system to maximize cash flow.
