Our goal is to support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, promoting their overall well-being.What You’ll Do:Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needsDiagnose mental health disorders and craft tailored treatment plansFacilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessionsFoster a safe, supportive therapeutic environment using diverse modalitiesCollaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful treatment goalsHandle crisis situations with immediate support and follow safety protocolsMaintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standardsCoordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case conferencesProvide psychoeducation and engage in community outreach to raise mental health awarenessWhat We’re Looking For:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related fieldRegistered and Licensed Eligible in Florida (preferred)Previous experience in therapy and counseling is a plusStrong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skillsCommitment to confidentiality, ethics, and continuous learningKnowledge of evidence-based therapies and practices, with cultural competence to work with diverse populationsClear and Eligible AHCA Level 2 BackgroundBecome a key player in expanding KCT's services and enhancing the lives of our clients.
