Job DetailsDescriptionPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday delivery days; early morning shiftOperation of step-vanAccurate completion of paperworkTimely and accurate delivery to all route customersManage and maintain the sales and service of customers within established routeWork with customers on forecasting and planning any upcoming events, holidays, etc.Follow all Company safety policies and proceduresOther Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist other departments as needed.Other duties as assigned.Physical DemandsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds independentlyAbility to enter/exit vehicleQualifications RequiredEducation:High school diploma or GED requiredExperience:Valid chauffeur’s licenseSix (6) months route delivery experience preferredPrevious sales experience preferredClean driver historyAbout UsAlpha Baking Company, Inc., a national distributor of breads, rolls and buns, as well as sweet goods, was founded in 1979.
