ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and maintainingaccurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods toensure uninterrupted production and compliance with quality standards. This role playskey part in supporting our manufacturing and quality control teams by ensuring efficientflow of materials and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Key Responsibilities:Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracyReceive, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentsAccurately record inventory movements in the ERP or inventory management systemMonitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or discrepanciesSupport physical inventory processes, including quarterly and year-end countsEnsure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of materials (FIFO/FEFO)Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material availability and complianceMaintain clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse and storage areasInvestigate and resolve inventory variancesAssist with preparation of inventory-related reports for managementFollow up with leads in the packaging process (lot tracking; primary and secondary packaging).Batch closures (physical and system).Correct inventory discrepancies in packaging.Ensure order information is maintained accurately in both the physical records and the system.Reconcile racks used when closing batches.Ensure order information is maintained accurately in both the physical records and the system.Verify information and maintain total inventory for production areas PK601 and PK602.Daily general inventory of material pending packaging.Resolve production labeling errors (PK601).Daily verification of system information against physical inventory to prevent shortages.Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hrSchedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PMLocation: McKinney, TXJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
