Part time party host/sales associate – Bricks and Minifigs South Everett
Enjoy working with people and want to help create unforgettable birthday parties and events? BAM South Everett is looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Party Host / Sales Associate to join our team!
As a Party Host, you are key to making every celebration a success. You’ll spend time with guests, keep events running smoothly, and help create a fun, welcoming environment for kids, families, and LEGO fans of all ages. Since we’re first and foremost a LEGO store, our goal is to bring creativity, fun, and joy to the community—and you’ll be a big part of that experience.
This is not a LEGO position. Anticipate hosting a minimum of 1 party every weekend, including the setup and full clean up of the party room. Our parties follow a set plan and training is provided to ensure you are prepared to provide every birthday kid with the best experience we can offer. The balance of your time will be divided between sales, cleaning, re-stocking and small projects.
What You’ll Do:
Create a welcoming, professional, and fun store atmosphere
Help customers (kids through adults) explore the store and understand the Bricks & Minifigs experience
Facilitate birthday parties and private events
Greet customers and assist at checkout
Build and repair used LEGO sets
Sort and clean bulk LEGO
Organize and stock minifigures and sets (new & used)
Help keep the store clean, including restrooms
This role involves lots of standing and lifting containers up to 50 lbs.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has customer service experience, preferably with children (retail, camp counselor, or similar)
Enjoys working with people, especially children, and can relate to customers of all ages
Has some knowledge of the LEGO world, past and present (not required)
Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday is required with the possibility of weekdays when needed.
Is comfortable working independently.

Compensation and shifts:
Permanent Part-time position with 12 to 20 hours weekly. $17.50-$18 per hour to start. Full weekend (Sat & Sun) availability is REQUIRED.
