Our Risk Consultant Internship Program, running from June 1, 2026 to August 6, 2026, is designed to help you develop your skills while making an impact. Join us for an exciting summer filled with hands-on opportunities, valuable mentorship, and rewarding experiences.You'll begin your internship with a dedicated training session at our Headquarters in Owatonna, MN, where you'll gain all the knowledge and tools needed for a successful summer. This session sets the foundation for your work, ensuring you're fully equipped to take on challenges with confidence. After your training, you'll return to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area to start engaging with our clients and applying what you've learned.Responsibilities:Analyze fire hazards to identify potential risks and develop prevention strategies.Visit client sites within your assigned territory to gather insights and provide actionable support.Build and foster relationships with clients and internal partners in Marketing and Underwriting by facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Manage assigned workloads, ensuring timely and quality deliverables while maintaining efficiency.Deliver a final presentation summarizing your internship experience, achievements, and learnings to leadership.Minimum Requirements:Current college students (Junior or Senior level) pursuing a bachelor's degree.A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Strong communication skills, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn and grow.The pay is $30 per hour.
