We sell DTC, we’re expanding into retail, and we move quickly. Our team is lean (Founder + COO), highly hands-on, and scaling fast, which means we have no shortage of ideas, but not enough hours to formalize and run them all.We’re looking for a Project Manager to step in as an execution partner to the Founder and COO, someone who can take loosely defined initiatives and turn them into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes.This role is about owning projects end-to-end, bringing structure to fast-moving work, and acting as the connective tissue between internal teams, contractors, and agencies.This is not an assistant role. This is an ownership role.What You’ll Own (Initially)Project Management & ExecutionOwn day-to-day project management across the businessTake projects that leadership doesn’t have time to formalize and turn them into:Clear scopesTimelinesOwnersFollow-throughRun weekly check-ins, track deliverables, and keep projects movingIdentify bottlenecks early and solve them proactivelyProduct Launch SupportProject manage new product launches (DTC + retail support)Build and maintain launch timelines and checklistsCoordinate across ops, marketing, web, and external partnersEnsure launches actually go live smoothly, and nothing gets droppedAffiliate, Wholesale & Doctor Program OwnershipOwn and manage affiliate programs tied to:Wholesale partnersDoctors, practitioners, and clinicsAct as the internal lead for setup, execution, and ongoing optimizationCoordinate with marketing, ops, and web to ensure:Correct trackingDiscount logicAttributionPayout workflowsManage affiliate tools, platforms, and integrations within ShopifyTroubleshoot issues related to codes, links, tracking, and reportingCreate clear internal processes so programs scale cleanly without becoming messy or manualContractor & Agency ManagementManage day-to-day coordination with contractors and agenciesTrack deliverables, timelines, and prioritiesEnsure work aligns with internal goals and deadlinesHelp leadership stay out of the weeds while maintaining visibilityInternal Process BuildingCreate lightweight internal processes where none existDocument workflows, handoffs, and repeatable systemsBring clarity and organization without adding unnecessary bureaucracyWho You Are2–6 years experience in project management, operations, or DTC/e-commerce rolesComfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsHighly organized, proactive, and execution-focusedTechnically savvy with tools like Shopify, apps, discount logic, and integrationsConfident working directly with founders and senior leadershipYou see a messy problem and instinctively start organizing itMost importantly:You have an “I’ll figure it out” mindset and don’t need perfect instructions to get started.This Role Is NOTAn assistant roleA social media or influencer roleA pure partnerships sales roleA developer roleThis role is for someone who likes running point, creating clarity, and making things happen.Why Let LooseReal ownership and visibilityDirect access to the Founder and COOHigh-impact work with immediate resultsSmall team, no red tapeCompetitive salary + equity for the right personSignificant room to grow as the company scalesThis role will expand over time — but we’re intentionally starting with a focused, manageable scope so you can win early and grow with us.How to ApplySend a short note with:Your background in project management or DTC/ops workExamples of projects you’ve owned end-to-endWhy this role sounds exciting to youNo long cover letters.
